This workshop is the perfect antidote to our busy tech focused lives!
Join artist Louise Hamill for a guided meditation and singing bowl, followed by two hours of mindful drawing and painting, with singing bowl and guided medition to finish your relaxation/creative experience.
A wide range of painting and drawing materials are provided, so you can enjoy different art mediums that will assist in bringing your innate creativity to the surface.
