Come and experience the revolutionary Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) created by Dr. David Berceli to help you manage the stresses of everyday life! Join Dominica Chua for a TRE session to shake off that stress!

*Do dress comfortably for the session as TRE requires participants to engage in some simple stretches.

*Not encouraged for ladies who are pregnant

About the Provider

Dominica (Dom) is a counsellor/psychotherapist by training. She took an interests in helping people to find wellness and greater resilience through mind-body approaches. Dom is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Certified TRE Provider and a Clinical and Somatic member of US Association of Body Psychotherapy (USABP). In her free time, she enjoys hiking and playing with her pet dog - Kopi
