A gentle, creative introduction to SoulCollage® — no experience needed.Curious about SoulCollage® but not sure where to start? This introductory workshop is your chance to try it for yourself in a warm, welcoming space — no art skills required, and no prior experience necessary.
What is SoulCollage®?:
SoulCollage® is a simple, intuitive process, founded by Seena B. Frost, where you create your own deck of collage cards using images that call to you. There's no "right" way to do it — each card holds its own unique voice or energy, and through choosing, cutting, and gluing your images, and later reflecting on each card by giving it a voice, you begin to uncover more about the many facets of who you are. It's playful, personal, and often surprisingly insightful — a creative doorway into self-discovery.
