About this Event
As part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, Bendigo Health invites staff, community members, service providers and advocates to a special screening of Unanswered Calls.
Unanswered Calls raises awareness of how we must better support young people experiencing, or living in fear of, domestic and family violence to ensure no young person falls through the gaps.
Offering a glimpse into the often-overlooked experiences of Australia's youngest victim-survivors, this impactful documentary gives voice to the countless young people whose stories have gone unheard. Through raw and unfiltered accounts of heartbreak, resilience and hope, Unanswered Calls confronts the silence that has long hidden their experiences and compels us all to listen, learn and act.
