About this Event
Doors open at 10:15 and tea will be served prior to the event.
The introductory talk will begin at 10:30 with a talk giving some background to the School of Sufi Teaching and our meditation practices.
We will then sit together in meditation at 11:00, at which point the front door will be closed to any latecomers to ensure the meditation is not disturbed.
After the meditation tea will be served and there will be an opportunity to ask questions arising from your experience during the meditation.
The event will will end by 12:30.

Entry is via the side door, which is located on Globe Terrace, the side road between our building and the Florest Arms pub. The door entrance is at the end of footpath with the plant containers running along the wall.
