Welcome to The Decision Lab a new initiative at ReCity designed to give entrepreneurs and leaders a space to pause, examine, and decide.
We're introducing The Decision Lab through an interactive LEGO® Serious Play® experience where you'll have the opportunity to make your thinking visible, explore the beliefs and assumptions behind your decisions, and consider new possibilities.
In this experience, you will:
- Explore how your beliefs influence the decisions you make
- Use LEGO® to visually represent your thinking
- Identify assumptions, fears, or patterns that may be influencing your choices
- Gain a different perspective on a decision or challenge
- Identify a next step you can actually act on
Just bring your curiosity and, if you have one, a decision you're currently wrestling with.
This experience will also introduce The Decision Lab's complimentary 20-minute coaching sessions, available to ReCity coworking members. These focused sessions provide a space to bring one decision, challenge, or situation and work through it with a different lens.
Because you don't always need another answer.
