Into the Summit for Mental Health and Wellness

On Sunday, October 25, 2026, participants will venture into the Rat's Nest Cave – a wild and undeveloped cave under Grotto Mountain near Canmore, Alberta. At over 4 km long, Rat's Nest is one of the longest caves in Canada. Exploring this cave involves climbing, crawling, sliding and squeezing through water-worn passages past ancient cave formations.

Into the Summit raises awareness and funds for Canadian military veterans and their families affected by post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), operational stress injuries and other mental health challenges. Participants are raising funds in support of the campaign, with proceeds helping to fund non-clinical therapies for veterans and their families.
