Into the Moonlight! An InterPlay event led by Megan (Me/Again) Sims and Rob (The Buffalo) Hughes. InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body, in community. Gently facilitated to be incremental and fun. Rob Hughes and “Me/Again” Megan Sims will guide you through forms that engender movement, stillness, story and song. Creativity flows and authenticity reigns. I hope that you are able to join us for this playful event where we will playfully embody grace, laughter, and community.
The only requirement for today's playshop is that you are human, and willing to engage with your humanness. ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
COVID POLICIES:
Social distancing and masks are optional at this event. Please don't attend if you have recently been sick or been around someone who was sick.
