This is an invitation to energize your body, awaken your senses, and reconnect with your authentic expression. Each week, we'll explore a dynamic arc of movement - from conscious awareness, easy-to-follow choreography, liberating ecstatic dance, and ultimately settling into restorative stillness.
Each class offers fresh movement patterns that build on each other, developing your presence, movement range, and confidence.
As the series progresses, the experience unleashes greater ease, freedom, and vitality.
It’s not performative dance. It’s not a loose, let-go-and-follow-yourself ecstatic practice. And it’s not mindfulness alone, where your attention remains within.
Instead, we play with all of these dimensions at once: guided choreography and authentic expression, individual discovery and collective experience, structure and spontaneity. You liberate your intelligence and range of expression.
It conditions your body while awakening your creative energy and regulating your nervous system in a welcoming group. Fall is a rich time to explore aliveness in a series that deepens from week to week.
