One room. Conversations that can shape what comes next. This October, we’re bringing that conversation back—and taking it even further.
Under this year’s theme, Women Leading Canada’s Future, leaders from across sectors will come together to explore the role women are playing in shaping Canada’s economy, industries, and communities, while asking an equally important question:
What still needs to happen to ensure the next generation of girls and young women have pathways to leadership, opportunity, and economic prosperity?
We’ll hear perspectives on Canada’s changing workforce, women’s leadership, economic opportunity, and the collective action needed to move progress forward.
Build a Dream will also present its National Blueprint Report, sharing insights from the past three years—where progress is happening, what we’ve learned, and where action is still required for women and girls across Canada.
Because the conversations we have today can influence the opportunities available tomorrow.
This is more than a look back. It’s an invitation to be part of what comes next.
