About this Event
Featuring compositions and improvisations by young composers. Audience members can enjoy music while sitting on beanbags, mats, and chairs. Art supplies will also be provided for audiences to create their own art alongside the music.
This concert features works for string quartet composed by Reuben Faigao, Leander Delos Santos, Jeanne Tsui, Elienna Wang, and Nicole Woo. Their music will be performed by Hoiyan Law, Audrey Sung, David Xu, and Bryan Wang.
INMC is a concert series that aims to promote contemporary classical music by providing performance opportunities to emerging composers and performers. We want to work towards dispelling the misconception that contemporary classical music is “elite” or inaccessible to the general public, starting with the idea that there should be a rigid separation between the performer and the audience.
