Testimonials
“This course has truly been one of the most transformative experiences of my professional journey. Casey’s wealth of experience and deep knowledge of trauma were clear throughout the course. Her ability to combine theory with practical, body-based techniques made for a rich and engaging learning experience, leaving me with a toolkit full of powerful, effective healing methods.
As an allied health professional, this training has greatly expanded my skill set. I now feel confident integrating somatic practices into my work, offering a more holistic approach to healing. Casey’s expert insights into the mind-body connection have not only deepened my understanding of trauma, but also equipped me with practical tools to help clients release stored trauma in meaningful and hugely effective ways.
I highly recommend this training to any allied health professional looking to expand their therapeutic skills. Casey’s depth of experience, combined with her ability to create a supportive, healing environment, makes this course an invaluable resource for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of trauma and enhance their practice.”
— Dr Elizabeth Jury M.Ost

“When I came to see Casey for my own personal healing journey 5years ago I was amazed by the work she was doing. And I instantly knew I wanted to learn from her one day. This year I completed the training and it has not only added value to my profession as a somatic therapist but it has also helped me understand more about myself, how our nervous system works and how to relate better with people living with trauma. I highly recommend Casey’s trauma training because of her experience, professionalism, wisdom and whole hearted approach to such a sensitive topic."
— Jazz , bodyworker and professional masseuse

“I found this course to be incredibly powerful, and I have significantly changed the manner in which I interact and work with clients. Specifically, learning to assess the nervous system through a trauma lens - all health practitioners should have these skills! The approach has a strong emphasis on facilitating safety for both client and practitioner, which I believe to be one of the strengths of this training. This training provided me with a comprehensive understanding and practical therapeutic techniques to utilise with my clients, to be able to more effectively manage the complexities associated with trauma. Compared to other alternative trainings, I found this course to be very practical and hands-on, and very complementary to my work with physical therapy. I would highly recommend Dr Terry’s trainings - her work is up-to-date, evidence based and integrative of the latest trauma therapy techniques and theories.”
— Peri, Physiotherapist

Casey’s training has richness and depth. It brings together the many facets of being human - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, relational - in an elegant and coherent way.
One module builds on another to create a comprehensive training on healing trauma.
Casey teaches skills and shares her expertise in an accessible, warm and logical way. There is lots of opportunity to try out new skills through practical exercises and reflection.
I felt very supported to ask questions and try new things in a safe environment.
Whatever modality or techniques you use, this training will energise and expand your perspective on healing."
— Carly, Counsellor

“I loved every minute of this course! As a Remedial Massage Therapist, it has greatly enhanced my practice, deepening my understanding and ability to support clients dealing with trauma. Casey’s knowledge, wisdom, and experience were truly inspiring, and she created one of the best learning environments I’ve ever experienced. Her dedication to healing is a gift, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn from her.”
— Mishy, Remedial Massage Therapist

"Completing the Integrated Trauma Healing Training has been completely life-changing personally and professionally. I have been in the personal development and healing world for 14 years and have done a lot of study with leading facilitators in the trauma field—while this created a lot of understanding about trauma, it always left me with questions: “So, what now? How do we actually HEAL? What is the tangible and practical process required to recover from trauma?”
Understanding is one thing, but having actionable steps is another.
The ITHT training completely fills this gap and gave me the exact HOW to heal from trauma.
I have learnt the specific skills, structure and protocols to deeply and safely work with a client in healing and recovering from their trauma.
Casey is a wealth of knowledge with many years of experience and in my opinion she’s the best in the field. I have learnt 1000 times more from Casey in the ITHT training than all my other studies combined. If you want to become a trauma trained-practitioner and deepen your ability to work safely with the body to create lasting transformation for your clients then this is the training for you. I can’t recommend it highly enough. And as a client of Casey’s, regularly receiving trauma healing sessions, I can vouch for this modality’s efficacy in the way that I have monumentally healed and transformed over the years.
Do it! You will NOT regret it!!"
