Most organisations have more employee data than ever, yet they still struggle to understand the real problems shaping people’s experience at work.
InsightCon 2027 brings together 100 senior HR and L&D leaders to explore a more human-centred approach.
Instead of relying on conventional presentations and engagement-survey headlines, four panels of employees will share their lived experiences of real workplace challenges. Each conversation will be introduced and chaired by an event partner with relevant expertise.
The result is a day of honest conversations, practical insight and new ideas that can improve how organisations listen to - and design for - their people. This isn't another round of thought leaders; this is real employee experiences.

The event is based on the Double Diamond: a human-centred design process that identifies the real problem before jumping to a solution.
Each focus session includes:
- A 10-minute opening perspective
- A 20-minute employee voice panel
- A five-minute audience Q&A
- A five-minute practical wrap-up
Panellists will include people currently in work, looking for work or returning to the workplace. They will bring grounded, relevant perspectives to every conversation.
