"Inside Wayside" is the annual fundraiser that Wayside Food Programs is holding on Thursday, October 1st at 5:30pm.Delicious food, an auction ('Pick Up The Tab'), live music, facility tours, and stimulating discussions are all part of this community event, which takes place at our Walton St. location.
In addition to a raw bar serving oysters from seven local oyster farms, there will be charcuterie boards, three handcrafted desserts, and eight house-made pastries and hors d'oeuvres. Duck Confit with Elderberry, Smoked Salmon and Caviar Latkes, and Lamb/Veal Meatballs with Cranberry Glaze are among the menu items served. Every year, members of the ACF (Casco Bay Culinary Association) volunteer their time to make delicious hors d'oeuvres for our guests. In addition, the event is supported by numerous partners. We are so grateful for the support.
The goal for our auction, 'Pick Up The Tab,' is to raise funds to support individuals and families experiencing food insecurity in our community. Together, we can create a positive impact that lasts.
