Inside the Mix with Kevin Mah:
Techniques in EQ, Sound Design, and Ableton Tips and Tricks
This workshop will cover how to carve cleaner mixes, design unique sound textures, and unlock the latest tools Ableton 12 has to offer. Hosted by Ableton Certified Instructor Kevin Mah, this workshop will allow participants to develop their production capabilities.
About Kevin
Kevin Mah is a Vancouver-based music producer, educator, and half of the electro-funk duo Love & Electrik, known for reviving classic 80s sounds with a modern blend of synthpop, R&B, and nu-disco. With over 20 years of teaching experience, he instructs at SAE Institute, Vancouver Film School, and TableTutors, specializing in music production, MIDI, and sound design. He also produces official videos for Keith McMillen Instruments (Muse Kinetics).
This event is open to the public and will be useful for all skill levels. Participants are required to bring a Laptop with Ableton installed, and headphones.
