Markets are moving faster than most career plans. AI is reshaping entire industries, and the playbook that got many of us this far won’t be the one that takes us to what’s next. This year we’re asking a simple question: how do great leaders keep their footing when the ground keeps shifting, and come out stronger?
We’re bringing together 20+ senior leaders from Google, Microsoft, AWS, Adobe, SGX Group, Pelago and more for an afternoon of honest conversation with the INSEAD community. Don’t expect polished speeches from people who have it all figured out. Expect real stories about pivots and setbacks, and the decisions behind them.
