INNSiDE Road Runners returns to INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester in partnership with Brysk(@wearebrysk).About this Event
Brysk is a new wellness studio located just off St Ann’s Square in Manchester, offering a modern approach to recovery, performance and preventative health.
Join us for a free, social, beginner-friendly guided 5km group run, starting and ending at INNSiDE by Meliá, Manchester, led by Brysk PT @_poppywilson
Runners can drop coats and bags at the hotel on arrival, and should meet outside the hotel reception area before the run sets off at 6.30pm.
