About this Event
Inner Child Healing Meditation with Debbie
The world around is largely interpreted and programmed into our being from our early childhood years.
When childhood doesn't play out in a kind way, whether it's from emotional, mental or physical trauma it can effect your self worth, self esteem and perspectives toward both yourself and others in a damaging way.
But even as mature adults it is possible to go back into those years and heal them, to allow a healthier view of yourself and life.
In this meditative experience we will help you heal inner child aspects of the soul and mind so you can step into a brighter future.
Together let's re-write and help you to heal your "inner" story.
