For years, fourth-generation farmer Inga Orth invited viewers into her Wisconsin farm through public television, sharing recipes, stories, and a way of life rooted in the land. “Unpasteurized Inga” takes readers through her fascinating journey as host of the Wisconsin Public Television show Around the Farm Table, running her own farm and business, and how she pieced herself back together after heartbreak. It’s not a linear tale, it’s a mosaic of memory, resilience, and rediscovery told in her authentic voice.
