Join us at the library for a free drop-in workshop all about native plants and the many uses for seasonal seeds and leaves! Sample teas brewed by members of the North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems (NATIFS) using locally foraged plants. Also, experiment with different methods for cleaning and saving wildflower seeds with Wild Ones Twin Cities volunteers. Take home recipes and seeds to start, or enhance, your own native plant garden for future fall harvests! All are welcome. Free Family Event!
Hosted in partnership with Hennepin County Library and North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems (NATIFS).
