Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a guided tasting of six wines, accompanied by canapés. The experience will begin with a sparkling wine, followed by a journey through a diverse selection of Indian wines: expressive reds, crisp whites, vibrant fruit wines (including those made with Alphonso mango), and an indulgent dessert wine from Maharashtra.
The lineup will showcase a curated selection from leading Indian producers including Fratelli Wines produced in Akluj, the award-winning brand Grover Zampa, Charosa Vineyards, family-run business Reveilo Wines, Myne Wines (a boutique Nashik-based producer), and Rhythm Winery, based in Pune.
Maharaja Drinks is a UK-based Indian drinks emporium founded in 2023 by a group of friends led by Ipe and Adam Jacob, united by a mission to champion the very best of Indian drinks and bring them to a wider audience in the UK and beyond. Travelling extensively across India, the founders immersed themselves in each producer’s story—meeting makers, touring vineyards and plantations, and conducting in-person tastings—to curate a portfolio defined by quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship.
