Surrender Sauna Experience
Surrender is a guided sauna experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and fully let go—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
This is a space to disconnect from noise and reconnect with yourself through heat, sound, imagination, and presence.
You will be guided through a carefully curated journey that includes:
- Meditation to ground the mind and body
- Visualisation journeys to support inner release and presence
- Immersive soundscapes designed to guide your emotional flow
- Leaf whisking ritual elements, bringing a natural, grounding sensory connection that evokes nature—even inside the sauna
The experience is designed to gently shift your perception of time, helping you stay present and immersed without feeling rushed or aware of the clock. Each wave of heat and sound is intentional, allowing you to soften into the experience rather than resist it.
Optional:
Cold plunge will be available during the experience for those who wish to use it. You are always invited to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
This is not about endurance—it is about surrender. You are always invited to step out, pause, and return as needed.
