In this warm and welcoming workshop, we'll prepare some of India's much-loved comfort foods, including a fragrant restaurant-style curry, homemade roti and fluffy rice, while discovering simple ways to make these favourites lighter, more balanced and nourishing for everyday life.
Using healing spices, wholesome ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, you'll learn how to create satisfying meals that support good digestion, everyday wellbeing and vibrant health—without compromising on authentic flavour.
Together we'll cook, learn and share a delicious home-style dinner while exploring the role of spices, balanced ingredients and mindful cooking in creating food that truly nourishes both body and soul.
