The conference is FREE to attend with RSVP — and lunch is included.
Start the day with free safety training sessions before joining hundreds of construction and safety professionals for lunch, the Industry Expo, networking, giveaways and an afternoon focused on building a stronger safety culture.

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY GOLF TOURNAMENT
Day Two moves to the golf course.
Bring your team and spend the day networking with contractors, business owners, safety professionals, vendors and industry partners in a relaxed setting at Sandia Golf Club.
Golf Team Registration: $800 per four-person team
Golf registration also includes admission to the Tuesday Construction Safety Conference.
Expect a full day of golf, networking, sponsor activations, prizes and industry camaraderie.

Are the safety trainings free?Yes. Both the 9:00 AM Confined Space Training and 10:00 AM Fall Protection Training are free for attendees, including certification cards upon completion.
Can companies send their employees to the training?Yes. We encourage construction companies to send field employees, supervisors, safety personnel, operations teams, and other employees who would benefit from the training.
Is lunch included?Yes. Lunch will be provided during the Industry Expo.
Will there be raffles?Yes. Raffles and giveaways will be part of the expo.
Is OSHA participating?Yes. New Mexico OSHA will be represented as part of the industry panel.
Is there networking?Yes. Networking is a major component of the event, particularly during the Industry Expo, lunch, and other conference programming.
Can someone attend only part of the conference?Yes. Attendees can participate in the portions of the day that are most relevant to them, although we encourage attendees to stay for the expo, lunch, networking, raffles, and 3:00 PM industry panel.

When is the Industry Expo?The Industry Expo begins at 1:00 PM on October 13 alongside lunch, networking, raffles, and giveaways. The industry panel follows at 3:00 PM.

Conference sponsorship opportunities are primarily associated with the October 13 conference and expo.
Golf sponsorship opportunities are associated with the October 14 Golf Tournament and include options such as hole sponsorships.

How many golfers are on a team?Four golfers.
How much is a golf team?$800 per foursome.
Are hole sponsorships available?Yes.
How much is a hole sponsorship?$300.
Can a hole sponsor have a booth/setup at their hole?Yes. Hole sponsors can have a presence at their designated hole and interact directly with golfers during the tournament.
What can a hole sponsor bring?Hole sponsors may bring items such as:
- Company signage
- Promotional materials
- Branded giveaways
- Appropriate table/setup materials
- Activities or other ways to engage golfers
Final setup instructions will be provided before tournament day.
Can companies provide items for golfer goodie bags?Yes. We welcome appropriate promotional items, golf-related items, coupons/cards, branded merchandise, and other giveaways for player bags.
How many goodie-bag items should a company provide?Golf registration is still underway. We can provide participating companies with a more accurate golfer count closer to the tournament.
Can businesses donate raffle prizes?Yes. Gift baskets, gift certificates, products, merchandise, and other raffle donations are welcome.
What time is golf check-in?TBD. Final tournament-day instructions will be provided to registered teams and sponsors.
