About this Event
Don't miss out on the opportunity to strengthen your feedback skills at our upcoming Feedback Crash Course in Albuquerque! Whether you're just starting out in feedback facilitation or looking to sharpen your existing practices, this one-day intensive training is designed for you.
This action-packed day includes interactive exercises, personal reflection, and group work designed to help you collect and act on feedback from constituents and program participants. Throughout the day, you will hone your understanding of the phases of the feedback loop–buy-in, design, collect, analyze, dialogue, and course correct–while tackling your own feedback challenge. The session is accompanied by robust learning materials, including written case studies for each stage of the loop and tips and tricks for systematically embedding feedback in your organization's programs and operations.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Articulate the value of constituent feedback and describe each stage of an equitable feedback loop;
- Design a realistic feedback plan they can begin implementing immediately; and
- Build confidence in strengthening a listening culture within their organization.
The Crash Course will take place the day before the Feedback+Albuquerque Summit.
Participants have the option to add two with Feedback Labs’ experienced staff at a reduced rate for personalized support (October - January).
Three months after the course, the cohort gathers again for a 1.5-hour virtual Reunion to share progress, celebrate wins, troubleshoot challenges, and reconnect with peers.
