In the Flow is a Christian monthly open mic/spoken word event where people can bring a song, poem/spoken word, dance, mime or even show and talk about something they have created. You are of course very welcome to pop along wherever you may be at on your journey of faith, and just enjoy the event with no pressure to perform. There will be refreshments at the event and info table if you would like to bring along any business cards/leaflets.
Two types of tickets available £2.50 to help support the event but we also don't want cost to be a barrier so there is a free ticket available also.
