Slow down, reconnect, and discover the restorative power of making. Inspired by works on view in moCa Cleveland's galleries, this guided, hands-on workshop invites you to explore creativity as a tool for reflection, mindfulness, and well-being—no artistic experience required. Through simple materials and thoughtful prompts, you'll create in a welcoming, judgment-free environment designed to reduce stress and spark curiosity. Space is limited; advance registration is recommended.
Following the gallery engagement, you will transition into a hands-on art-making experience focused on process rather than perfection, encouraging creative response, emotional awareness, and self-expression. Offered on the third Thursday of each month, the series welcomes both first-time and returning participants. Come as you are, and respond in your own way.
