Renowned for his dynamic approach, he has showcased White Castle’s journey across national television, media, and entertainment platforms, and has presented testimony to Congress regarding issues impact decision-making for restaurants and family-owned firms. Prior to his role at White Castle, Jamie managed teams at the J. Walter Thompson advertising agency, earning five EFFIE Awards—the industry’s top honor for advertising effectiveness. Following his presentation, Jamie will be joined by his wife, former White Castle board member Kate Richardson, for a candid discussion on governance, family meetings, and the distinctive insight gained from serving as an in-law within a family business.
