I’ve lost many people I love throughout my life, and I know how powerful the memories we carry with us can be.Since moving to Pahrump, getting to know this community, and meeting so many people through Dry Creek Saloon, I’ve had the privilege of hearing your stories. Stories about parents, children, spouses, siblings, friends, and other special people who are no longer here — and the memories that still make you laugh, cry, smile, and sometimes wish you could have just one more moment with them.
Those conversations are what inspired me to create In Remembrance. ❤️
This isn’t meant to be a sad night. It’s a night about love, memories, music, connection, and celebrating the people who left a mark on our lives.
Our DJ will be taking song requests throughout the evening. Dedicate a song in the name of someone you love. Bring a photograph, a keepsake, or anything you would like to share — or simply come and quietly remember.
And maybe, somewhere in that room, you’ll meet someone else who understands. Someone who has a story of their own and also needed a place to remember.
At 11 PM, we will close the evening together with a candlelight vigil in honor of all the loved ones we are remembering. 🕯️❤️
Candles will be provided by Dry Creek Saloon.
There’s no right or wrong way to grieve, remember, or celebrate someone. Whether your loss happened recently or many years ago, you are welcome here.
