In-Person TVFC/ ASN Provider Orientation

Welcome TVFC and ASN Providers!

This event will take place at the Houston Health Department:

8000 N. Stadium Dr., Houston, TX, 77054

9:00am-12:00pm

Please allow time for parking. The parking garage entrance is located on N. Stadium Drive just South of the Health Department building. Parking validation will be provided.

This training is for newly enrolled Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) and Adult Safety Net (ASN) providers, new employees working with the TVFC and/or ASN program, and those existing providers that need a refresher on TVFC/ASN policies and procedures. This training is open to City of Houston TVFC/ASN providers.

We look forward to having you participate in our TVFC/ASN New Provider Orientation! Light refreshments will be provided.

There will be a 20-minute knowledge check at the end of this orientation. You must take and pass this quiz in order to receive a certificate of completion. Failure to take and/or pass the quiz will require you to participate in a future orientation.

You must attend the orientation in its entirety. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed entrance.
