Join Chef Sara for a fun, interactive cooking class where you’ll learn to craft three popular pasta shapes—pappardelle, farfalle, and cavatelli—completely from scratch. Store-bought pasta is convenient, but homemade offers unmatched flavor and texture—and you’ll discover just how simple it can be to create these shapes at home, with or without special equipment.

From mixing and kneading silky dough to shaping each style by hand, Chef Sara will guide you step-by-step, helping you build the skills and confidence to recreate these Italian favorites in your own kitchen.

What You’ll Make:
Guests will prepare all three pasta shapes during class, enjoy one dish on-site, and take the other two shapes home. After shaping your pasta, Chef Sara will demonstrate how to create a delicious, creamy Cacio e Pepe sauce—a simple yet rich dish that highlights fresh ingredients and classic technique.

Whether you’re planning a fun date night, a family-friendly outing, or simply looking to expand your cooking repertoire, this class blends hands-on learning with lively conversation and plenty of tasting. All tools and ingredients are provided!

Our classes are designed to be casual, approachable, and enjoyable for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned cook or a total beginner. With your workstation fully prepped, all you need to do is show up ready to cook, learn, and enjoy.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You’ll be seated with your booking party and may work alongside other guests in groups of 2–5, sharing ingredients and equipment. Wine and beer are available for purchase in the hotel shop. Classes are intended for adults 18+.

Valet parking is available for $12 or guests may opt for nearby street parking.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station and work with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time.
