It’s finished with a drizzle of huancaína sauce—a beloved Peruvian classic made from ají amarillo peppers a silky, golden sauce that originally is from the city of Huancayo, huancaína sauce was traditionally served over potatoes, but in Nikkei cuisine it becomes a vibrant, zesty companion to sushi.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to park and check in. Outside drinks are not allowed. Beverages are available for purchase at our partner's bar-Bar Moxy.
To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+.
