Step into the art of sushi making in a fun, interactive setting! In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to season sushi rice, master bamboo mat rolling techniques, and assemble three unique rolls that put a creative spin on the classics.
Start with The "Pig Out" Roll — tempura shrimp and cucumber rolled inside, draped with avocado, and topped with crispy bacon bits, scallions, and spicy garlic mayo. Next, roll up the Italian Antipasto Roll, a fusion twist featuring Genoa salami, fresh mozzarella, roasted red pepper, and peppery arugula, finished with a balsamic glaze drizzle. Finally, craft the Savory Herb Cream Cheese Veggie Roll, made with house-seasoned herb cream cheese, crisp cucumber, avocado, and carrots.
Your Chef Instructor will guide you step-by-step through precision knife skills, rolling technique, and plate presentation, so you'll leave with the skills (and confidence) to recreate restaurant-quality sushi at home.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only please!
