Get hands-on with fresh pasta in this fun, flavorful cooking class where you’ll learn to make two different pasta doughs from scratch! Working in pairs, you’ll prepare both a classic pasta dough and a vibrant beet-infused dough, then roll and shape your own pasta by hand.
Once the pasta is ready, you’ll enjoy two delicious preparations: beet tagliatelle (or fettuccine) tossed with lemon, feta, fresh basil, and roasted walnuts, and pappardelle with creamy butternut squash, brown butter, and sage.
You’ll get plenty of hands-on practice working with both doughs, from mixing and rolling to shaping fresh pasta. No prior experience is necessary—just come ready to cook, learn, and enjoy a delicious meal!

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are not included in the ticket price but will be available for purchase at the venue. Outside beverages are not permitted.
To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 21+

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.
