About this Event
Travel to Italy, no passport needed, and step into the world of fresh Italian pasta with Chef Donna as you master the art of making handmade fettuccine paired with her famous tomato sauce. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make pasta dough from scratch, knead and rest it properly, roll it to the ideal thickness, and cut beautiful ribbons of fresh fettuccine. You’ll also prepare a simple, flavorful tomato sauce made with crushed tomatoes, olive oil, crushed red pepper, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. BYOB is welcome. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+.
