Info: Bring your own yoga mat or blanket for a relaxing beginner level Hatha Yoga session followed by a sound bath with crystal bowls and a rain drum. This time is intended for you to let go of any weight you've been carrying, release control and the need to have it all together and just rest.. in your body, mind, spirit.

Ecstatic Dance Class

Info: Ever feel like you're living outside of your body, constantly in your head? Maybe you desire to be more in your body and feel the fullness of being a woman yet struggle to connect with your emotions. Ecstatic dance is a somatic form of therapy for emotional healing. It gently asks you to be present with how you are feeling whilst expressing yourself through movement. The teacher is trained in leading you through this 45 minute class with a guided meditation afterwards.
