In Good Company is an Optimist Living gathering designed to bring Chicago’s creative community together for an evening of connection, creative momentum, and making things happen—with music and magnesium cocktails, of course.
Whether you’re an artist, writer, filmmaker, musician, designer, content creator, creative entrepreneur, or simply someone ready to bring an idea to life, you’re welcome here.
Bring a project you’re already working on, something you’ve been meaning to start, or nothing but yourself.
Throughout the evening, you’ll have space to:
• Meet and connect with other creatives
• Have open conversations about the creative process
• Get support organizing or moving a project forward
• Work independently or create alongside others
• Collaborate and see what happens when the right people get in the same room
• Access lighting and microphone equipment for content creation (upon request)
Want dedicated time to capture something while you’re here? Recording time and production support can be booked separately, subject to availability.
There’s no one right way to use the night. Come write. Plan. Film. Edit. Brainstorm. Talk. Meet someone new. Get inspired. Or finally spend some time with the idea that’s been asking for your attention.
