About this Event
You’ve paid your bills. Built your business. So why would a lender still say no?
Your personal credit, business credit, and tax returns can tell three different stories about your business.
And a lender may look at all three before deciding whether to approve your application.
This Wednesday at The Bakery Cowork, Shabreka Hosley is showing you what to review before you ask for funding.
What we’ll work on together:
- Personal credit: What lenders may notice and what needs attention.
- Business credit: What your business file says and what might be missing.
- Tax returns: What your reported income may tell a lender.
- Your January checklist: The first things to address before submitting an application.
We’ll spend the last 25 minutes working through your next steps at the tables.
You’ll leave with a written list of what to fix, what to check, and what to do first within 72 hours.
This night is for you if:
You run a business and plan to apply for a loan, line of credit, or lease in early 2027. It’s also for you if you’ve been turned down before and want to better understand why.
Bring your phone or laptop and access to your own records. You won’t need to share private financial details with the room.
Your teacher: Shabreka Hosley (@shabreka_hosley), tax professional, credit coach, and founder of EFS Advisory Group.
