About this Event

After nearly two decades of friendship, Kellie Williams, Cody Patrick, Marc Megna, and Tony Thomas reunite to reflect on the experiences, challenges, and moments of inspiration that shaped their individual journeys, from building nationally recognized fitness brands and cultivating thriving communities to redefining what wellness means in today's world.

Meet our speakers:

Marc Megna is the co-CEO and co-founder of Anatomy, a premier fitness and wellness brand founded in Miami in 2014 that has expanded to multiple locations across South Florida, including locations in Hawaii and Nashville. Known for its first-class service and strong community culture, Anatomy has earned the title of Best Gym in Miami for multiple consecutive years. Prior to launching Anatomy, Marc enjoyed a successful professional football career in the NFL and CFL, and as a two-time All-American athlete was drafted by the New York Jets in 1999, where he trained under legendary coaches including Bill Parcells, Bill Belichick, Pete Carroll, and Dick LeBeau. Beyond fitness, Marc is the host of the Megna Method podcast, author of Dream Big Never Quit, and the subject of the documentary Just a Kid from Fall River. Following the film's release, he collaborated with Randy West and Monarch Productions to develop a character-building curriculum for at-risk youth, transforming the documentary's lessons into practical tools that empower young adults to pursue their goals. Today, Marc continues to inspire through leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to advancing health and wellness.

Cody Patrick is the Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of SWEAT440, one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness franchises in the United States. Under his leadership, the brand has grown to 35 open locations, with more than 155 locations in development across 10 states. Prior to launching SWEAT440 in 2018, Cody founded SHIFT Personal Training, building it into Miami's largest personal training facility. He earned degrees in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics before beginning his career with OneSpaWorld, where he developed the business foundation that would fuel his entrepreneurial success. In addition to leading SWEAT440, Cody serves on multiple boards and advisory groups across the fitness, technology, and Miami Beach communities. A dedicated endurance athlete, he has completed a full Ironman triathlon and numerous competitive events, while remaining committed to using fitness as a vehicle to improve the lives of others
