About this Event
Where Ambition Meets Purpose.
THE IMPACT LAUNCH GALA
Saturday, November 14, 2026 | Pendry San Diego | Black Tie
The most meaningful opportunities often begin with a conversation.
On November 14, Impact invites San Diego's entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, philanthropists, and community leaders to come together for an evening designed to celebrate success, inspire connection, and invest in what's possible.
Set in the Grand Ballroom at Pendry San Diego, our inaugural black-tie gala will bring together people who are building businesses, leading organizations, and shaping the future of our community.
Expect an elegant cocktail reception, a curated multi-course dinner, live music, and the opportunity to make connections that extend well beyond the evening.
One night. Meaningful connections. A shared commitment to something greater.
The Moment That Makes This Night Extraordinary
One entrepreneur will receive $50,000 toward their future.
Following our inaugural Rising Leaders Scholarship Pitch Competition, Impact will announce the recipient of its $50,000 Rising Leaders Scholarship live at the gala.
Behind that announcement is an entrepreneur who has taken the risk to pursue a vision, put in the work to build something meaningful, and earned the opportunity to take the next step.
It's a moment worth celebrating—and a powerful example of what becomes possible when people invest in people.
Be there when the next chapter begins.

Why Impact Exists
You bring the calling. We bring the roadmap.
Great ideas are everywhere. Opportunity isn't.
Impact was founded to help close that gap.
We're a San Diego-based nonprofit investing in entrepreneurs through business funding, mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful relationships.
Our purpose is simple: to help people turn their vision into successful businesses that create lasting community impact.
We believe in opening doors, not taking ownership. In giving entrepreneurs access to the resources, guidance, and relationships that can change the trajectory of their businesses—and their lives.
Rooted in faith. Open to everyone.
Guided by integrity, humility, generosity, and community, we're building an organization where success is about more than personal achievement. It's about what becomes possible for others because of it.
Because when entrepreneurs succeed, they can create jobs, strengthen families, expand opportunities, and transform communities.
Your Invitation
If you're building a business, leading an organization, investing in the future of San Diego, or simply believe that success should create opportunities for others, we'd be honored to welcome you.
This is your opportunity to experience a beautiful evening, meet people who share your ambition and generosity, and be part of Impact's beginning.
