About this Event

Immersive Sound & Song – Beneath the Snow Moon

Come and experience the power and beauty of pure sound, from outside in and inside out.

You are invited to sit comfortably on a chair, settle onto the floor or lie down, whichever feels most natural to you. Close your eyes and drift into a meditative state, or enjoy watching the music and sound unfold. The most important thing is to allow yourself to be immersed in the experience, in whatever way feels right for you.

With crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gentle gong sounds, wooden flute, acoustic guitar, frame drum and voice, Eva welcomes you into the space, weaving together intuitive playing, sounding and singing.

The evening will unfold naturally and organically, beginning with immersive sounds and flowing into Eva's original songs, some incorporating mantra. Along the way, there will be opportunities where you will be invited to join in with your own voice, or move your body if you feel inspired to. You are equally welcome to rest and receive — the choice is entirely yours.

The Power of Sound & Voice

Sound and vibration can bring a deeply nurturing experience on many levels of our being — physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

And something beautiful can happen when we begin to use our own voice, our inner instrument.

Rather than just receiving sound from the outside, we begin to experience its vibrations from within. This can enhance our sense of relaxation, connection and inner peace.

When voices come together, there can also be a wonderful sense of community and belonging. Everyone can share in this visceral experience, feeling the sound within themselves while listening, blending and flowing with one another.

You are warmly invited to explore your own voice should you feel inspired. There is no expectation from anyone, no right or wrong. The beauty is feeling into the moment!

Beneath the Snow Moon

The Snow Moon, also known as the Ice Moon, arrives towards the end of winter, as the light slowly begins to return.

As we emerge from the darker months, we begin to sense the quiet stirrings of spring — a time of renewal, awakening and new beginnings.

A gentle awakening, as new life begins to emerge
