About this Event
A classical voice recital by Lynn Wang, soprano, and Alyssa French, piano, and special guest Enrique Conde, clarinet. Join us for an ethereal afternoon of gems in the art song tradition, foregrounding selections from Franz Schubert accompanied by sets of splendid French and American music from the twentieth century by Francis Poulenc and Aaron Copland. This program is especially proud to feature Schubert’s “The Shepherd on the Rock,” one of the most gorgeous chamber trios from the German lieder tradition, and Aaron Copland’s magical song cycle based on poems by Emily Dickinson.
$29 individual, $50 admits 2. Parking on-site in the garage w/ validation. Snacks and beverages will be provided during intermission!
