Join us for a free 10-week creative course where we will explore the question ‘What lights you up?’ – and how we can use creativity to support our health and wellbeing.Through creative writing and poetry prompts we will make zines; play with paint, printmaking and collage; explore cyanotype and silhouettes; and build 3D illuminated shadow boxes reflecting on the things in our lives that make us feel lit up.
Led by local artist Caroline Rudge, this is a friendly and supportive course that will suit all abilities. No previous experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore at your own pace in a welcoming inclusive space.
Sessions take place every Thursday, 12 November - 4 February, from 10:00 - 12:30pm at ArtCare's Cultural Club, Salisbury District Hospital.
