We are excited to welcome you to explore everything our sixth form has to offer.
In 2024 Ofsted gave IGS 'Outstanding In All Areas' calling IGS an amazing school and singling out Post-16 provision as being, "a shining light". In 2025 and 2026 the school achieved an ALPS score of 3 again, placing us in the top 25% of all schools nationally. Students consistently make outstanding progress across the curriculum, making us an excellent provider for students regardless of starting point.
From Easter 2027 Ilkley Grammar School's Phase 1 of the £52 million redevelopment programme will have completed giving us access to our brand new building Tolsen!

There is an option to book one of the Headteacher’s presentations at 17:00 17:45, and 19:30 before visiting the subject displays and demonstrations that will be available around school between 17:45-20:00 (if you book the last presentation at 19:30, please tour the school before hand)
