About this Event
Clear ice is good ice but drinkable diamond-shaped ice is the coolest!
Safely recreate the techniques used by some of the world’s top bartenders at this hands-on super-small craft cocktail ice workshop located right near the Montgomery transit station.
Guided by ice expert Camper English (author of the award-winningThe Ice Book), you’ll transform big clear cubes into three different jewel-like shapes: a diamond, a baguette cut, and an “asteroid” cut. Then you’ll try your hand at making a repeat or a new shape with a free cube.
No experience is necessary and safety equipment is provided - just come with curiosity and a love for trying new things. Bring your phone to capture photos of your homemade creations, but don’t worry if yours doesn’t turn out perfect - you can drink the evidence...
Perfect for anyone who likes arts and crafts that you can eat!
