About this Event
The Economics Education Conference 2026 brings together leading educators and educational leaders from universities across the UK to explore innovative approaches to teaching, learning and student success in economics.
The conference will showcase practical and evidence-informed approaches to contemporary challenges in economics education, including the impact of artificial intelligence on teaching and assessment, student engagement and belonging, curriculum design, assessment reform, employability, and student satisfaction. Through presentations, discussion and networking opportunities, participants will have the opportunity to share ideas, learn from sector-leading practice, and contribute to ongoing conversations about the future of economics education.
Hosted by Department of Economics, King's Business School and supported by I-LEAD, the conference aims to foster collaboration and build a growing community of practice for colleagues interested in advancing economics education across higher education.
