The Craufurd Arms (Live Music Venue) Presents.....Thursday 1st October 2026
I Am Kloot's John Bramwell
Best known as the voice and principal songwriter of I Am Kloot, John Bramwell spent over a decade earning widespread acclaim for his beautifully crafted songs and distinctive lyrical style. During the band's celebrated run, I Am Kloot received a Mercury Prize nomination for Sky At Night, scored a UK Top 10 album with Let It All In, toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe, and signed off with a memorable orchestral performance at London's Queen Elizabeth Hall in 2014.
More than a decade into his solo career, Bramwell continues to evolve as an artist. His acclaimed album The Light Fantastic showcases a brighter, more expansive sound, featuring lush string arrangements, rich vocal harmonies and a collection of uplifting, insightful songs that reflect on life, love, humanity and the world around us. The result is a body of work that feels both deeply personal and universally relatable, delivered by one of Britain's most gifted songwriters.
