HYROX SIMULATION
Test your fitness in a full HYROX-style race simulation designed to give you the experience of race day before stepping onto the official HYROX floor.
Whether you're preparing for an upcoming HYROX, looking to establish a baseline, or simply want to challenge yourself, this simulation will combine running and functional fitness for a full test of strength, endurance, and grit.
RACE FORMAT
Athletes will complete 8 x 1 km runs, with one functional station following each run:
1 KM RUN
→ 1,000m SkiErg
1 KM RUN
→ 50m Sled Push
1 KM RUN
→ 50m Sled Pull
1 KM RUN
→ 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
1 KM RUN
→ 1,000m Row
1 KM RUN
→ 200m Farmers Carry
1 KM RUN
→ 100m Sandbag Lunges
1 KM RUN
→ 100 Wall Balls
HEATS
Athletes will be assigned a heat and start time prior to the event.
Heats will be staggered to keep athletes moving efficiently through the course and create a race-day atmosphere.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your assigned heat to check in, warm up, review the course, and be ready at the start line.
DIVISIONS
Athletes may participate individually or with a partner, depending on the division offered for the event.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is more than a workout. Treat it like race day.
Use the simulation to practice your pacing, transitions, fueling, compromised running, station strategy, and mental approach. You'll also get a chance to see where your fitness currently stands and what you need to work on before your next HYROX.
