✨ HUNTER’S FULL MOON SOUND BATH SANCTUARY ✨🌕 Wednesday 28 October | 7:30–8:45pm | £20
Join me for an evening of deep rest, grounding and gentle reconnection beneath the energy of the Hunter’s Full Moon in Taurus.
This full moon invites us to explore themes of stability, comfort, self-worth and what truly nourishes us, while the Scorpio Sun brings an energy of transformation, truth and letting go.
Together, we’ll work with these themes through a simple collective intention, gentle grounding practices and a deeply relaxing sound journey.
✨ Your experience
We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle restorative movement for the neck, shoulders and body, followed by breathwork to help you settle and arrive. You’ll then be invited to lie back, get comfortable and receive the sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, chimes and other instruments.
Sound can support the body’s natural relaxation response, helping you move away from the busyness of the day and into a quieter, more restful state.
🌙 You may experience:
• Deep relaxation and calm
• Reduced feelings of stress and tension
• A quieter mind
• Improved sense of grounding
• Rest and restoration
✨ Simply lie back, rest and receive.
Bring:
• Comfy, warm clothing
• Thick mat, pillow & blanket
• Extra layers for comfort
• Water
