🌕🍂 **HUNTER’S MOON CACAO CEREMONY** 🍂🌕
**Sunday 25th October | 3–6pm**

As October draws us deeper into autumn, we invite you to slow down, look inward and gather around the warmth of **cacao, fire and community**. 🤎
Our ceremony takes place on the evening before October’s **Hunter’s Moon** reaches its fullness — a beautiful time to pause and honour the changing season.
Traditionally, the Hunter’s Moon was associated with the autumn hunting season and the preparation for the coming winter. Spiritually, many people use this seasonal turning point as an opportunity for **reflection, grounding, gathering inner resources and releasing what is no longer needed**.
As nature begins to shed what it no longer needs, we can ask ourselves:
🌿 What am I ready to release?
🌿 What am I ready to carry forward?
🌿 What would I like to nurture as I move into the quieter months?
### 🤎 THE CACAO CEREMONY
Cacao ceremonies are often approached as a mindful ritual — a way of slowing down, connecting with ourselves and others, and creating space for intention, presence and reflection.
We’ll begin with **gentle breathwork**, helping us to relax the body, settle the mind and arrive fully in the present moment.
From there, we’ll move into our **heart-centred cacao ceremony**, held within our cosy ceremony tipi.
There is no expectation to achieve anything or to have a particular experience. This is simply an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly and be present with whatever arises. 🌿
### 🔥 AFTER THE CEREMONY
Following the ceremony, we’ll move into our second tipi, where the **fire will be burning and light refreshments will be waiting**.
This will be a relaxed space to reflect, share your experience and connect with others.
There is no pressure to speak — you may wish to share, listen, sit quietly by the fire or simply enjoy the warmth and company.
Two cosy tipis will create two different spaces:

☕ **Light refreshments will be provided.**
⏰ **3–6pm**
Please arrive at **2:45pm** so you have time to settle in and we can begin the ceremony promptly at 3pm.
